All deposits on vehicles are 100% Non Refundable. Deposit definition - (a sum payable as a first installment on the purchase of something or as a pledge for a contract, the balance being payable later). When a deposit is received on a vehicle it takes that vehicle off the market and that vehicle is no longer available to the public.
